I was recommended to D.R.E Therapy after trying numerous therapies again by recommendations..but none came up to the level that D.R.E Therapy provided.
It's not just about the technique, but the session on the whole from the room to conversation before & after the session.
Some other Therapies were good to a certain point..but i always felt something was lacking. So when i was told about D.R.E Therapy, i was a bit skeptical..but was pleasantly surprised. & the rest is history...

I been accessing Tessa's professional therapy treatment for many years on and off. From my nursing days of moving and handling my back had suffered and with her in depth knowledge and skills she was able to bring me relief from pain and stress through restorative treatment and giving me knowledge and understanding to know my own body and take responsibility for maintaining better health. I learned that back pain isn't " just one of those things we suffer with". I attend now for top up sessions or a series of treatments if my back begins to play up.
